Welcome to Nexlyncs, operated by Osorio, LLC. By creating an account or using Nexlyncs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the Services.
Nexlyncs is a behavioral intelligence and professional growth platform designed to help users better understand their behavioral tendencies, professional strengths, areas for growth, and connections with other users. Features may be added, modified, limited, or discontinued as Nexlyncs develops.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Nexlyncs. By using Nexlyncs, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and will use Nexlyncs in compliance with applicable laws.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. You may not create an account using another person's identity, impersonate another person, provide false information, or create accounts for abusive or unlawful purposes. Nexlyncs reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
Nexlyncs provides behavioral and personality assessments for informational, educational, and personal-development purposes only. Assessment results are not a medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, clinical evaluation, or professional advice. Results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important personal, professional, employment, financial, or other decisions. Assessment results and methodologies may change as Nexlyncs improves its platform.
You retain ownership of content you create on Nexlyncs. By submitting content, you grant Nexlyncs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit. Nexlyncs does not claim ownership of your content.
You may not use Nexlyncs to harass, threaten, or abuse others; engage in fraud or deceptive activity; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; interfere with platform operations; distribute malicious software; facilitate unlawful activity; or violate another person's rights.
Nexlyncs does not permit sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors in any form.
Nexlyncs may not be used to plan, facilitate, or promote criminal activity. If Nexlyncs becomes aware of suspected criminal activity, we may report it to appropriate authorities.
Nexlyncs reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, violate applicable law, threaten user safety, or are otherwise harmful. Enforcement actions may include removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts. Nexlyncs may take these actions without advance notice when necessary to protect users or the platform.
Your use of Nexlyncs is governed by the Nexlyncs Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
You may request removal of your account at any time. Removing your account does not necessarily mean all associated information will be immediately deleted. Nexlyncs may retain certain information for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and other legitimate purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Nexlyncs name, logo, platform design, and original content created by Nexlyncs are owned by or licensed to Osorio, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Nexlyncs intellectual property without permission. You retain ownership of your own content as described in Section 5.
Nexlyncs uses third-party services including Supabase for authentication and database functionality, Resend for transactional email, and Anthropic for AI features. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Nexlyncs is not responsible for the independent practices of third-party services.
Nexlyncs is an actively developing platform. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Nexlyncs does not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
Nexlyncs is designed to provide tools and information that may support personal and professional development. However, Nexlyncs does not guarantee any particular career, employment, professional, financial, personal development, or relationship outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside of Nexlyncs's control.
Nexlyncs will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Services. However, no website or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available. Nexlyncs may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nexlyncs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexlyncs and Osorio, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless Nexlyncs and Osorio, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, your User Content, violation of another person's rights, or violation of applicable laws.
Nexlyncs may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, post prohibited content, create a security risk, or harm other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not require immediate deletion of all account information.
Nexlyncs may update these Terms as the platform develops or laws change. When material changes are made, Nexlyncs may provide notice through the Services. Your continued use of Nexlyncs after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Nexlyncs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
