Nexlyncs is operated by Osorio, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and password when you create an account. We also collect behavioral and personality assessment responses, calculated personality results, growth goals and task completions, posts, comments, profile information, and connection data. Technical information such as IP addresses and session data may also be collected to operate and secure the platform.
When you complete the Nexlyncs assessment, you voluntarily provide responses to questions designed to identify behavioral tendencies across five dimensions: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Resilience. We calculate Work and Personal scores from your responses. These results are used to personalize your profile, growth tasks, and connection compatibility insights. Personality results should not be understood as permanent, medical, psychological, or clinical descriptions of you.
We use your information to provide and operate the Nexlyncs platform, personalize your experience including growth tasks and compatibility insights, send transactional emails such as welcome messages and password resets, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Nexlyncs currently uses Anthropic Claude API to power AI coaching features. When you interact with AI features, your profile information and messages may be processed by Anthropic to generate responses. Nexlyncs does not use AI to make decisions that determine eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, or other similarly significant opportunities. We will update this Policy if our AI practices change materially.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate Nexlyncs: Supabase for authentication and database functionality, Resend for transactional email, and Anthropic for AI coaching features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect user safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.
Posts, comments, and profile information you share on Nexlyncs may be visible to other users. Private messages are only visible to the sender and recipient. You are responsible for the content you choose to share. Information you make public may be viewed or copied by others outside our control.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication is handled through Supabase, which maintains its own security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we will process associated personal information for deletion, subject to information we may be required to retain for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backup systems.
You may request deletion of your Nexlyncs account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will process your request and delete or de-identify your information, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to request information about how it is used. To submit a privacy request, contact us at the email address below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Nexlyncs is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Nexlyncs uses cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
